The Editor: Foie Gras Polluter The London Grill might hold issue with foie gras protesters ("Duck and cover," Sept. 20), but there's another issue the restaurant is ducking - the pollution of the Delaware Riverway caused by Hudson Valley Foie Gras. The London Grill is serving products from a farm that dumps feces, ammonia, phosphorus and other pollutants directly into a tributary of the Delaware. The company was fined earlier this year for more than 800 violations of the Clean Water Act. Eating a nice meal shouldn't make you feel dirty. Nick Cooney
