Campaigns - Compassion In Fashion

To educate others about the cruelties of fur and cosmetic animal testing, The Humane League of Philadelphia launched our Compassion in Fashion campaign featuring Playboy Model Daniela V.

Animals raised for their fur are kept in small, filthy cages with barely enough room to turn around, and are often killed by gassing or anal electrocution. Animals used in testing cosmetics and personal care products have chemicals applied directly to their skin and eyes and are forced to ingest large quantities of toxic substances.

Our Compassion In Fashion campaign has generous numerous media stories, allowing us to share our message of compassion with a wide audience, and we also directly reach thousands of people through leafleting, demonstrations, and MySpace outreach.
