From a former Horizons manager, Nicole Marquis, in collaboration with former Horizons and Vedge chefs, fast and delicious vegan food has arrived in Rittenhous! Featuring mouth-watering options such as vegan burgers, vegan cheesesteak, several varieties of salads and wraps, and deserts. Marquis has strived to make vegan food affordable- everything on the menu is $9 or less! Everything in the cafe is 100% recycled or compostable, including the floor made from wood from an old schoolhouse. Hip City Veg is primarily a take-out operation, but there are several tables available inside. Be sure to check out their fresh lemonade!
